Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Noysey is a live social calling, messaging, game, and creator streaming app. This policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and how people can contact us about their data.
Information We Collect
- Account details such as display name, username, email address, phone number, profile photo, and sign-in credentials.
- Contacts, favorites, groups, messages, call history, game activity, and notification preferences created inside Noysey.
- Live call and streaming metadata such as room IDs, participant status, selected destinations, stream status, comments, gifts, and moderation events.
- Device and diagnostic information needed for calls, push notifications, crash investigation, fraud prevention, and app quality.
Camera, Microphone, And Live Streaming
Noysey uses camera and microphone access only when a user starts or joins a live call, game room, or live stream. Hosts must intentionally start livestreaming. We do not stream a user to external platforms unless the live host starts a stream and the room clearly indicates live-streaming status.
Connected Platforms
When users connect platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Clapper, or a custom RTMP destination, Noysey uses that connection only to create or route live streams, show audience comments/gifts, and support user-selected replies or creator tools. Platform tokens and stream keys must be stored securely and are never shown back in full after setup.
Google And YouTube User Data
When a creator chooses Connect YouTube, Google asks the creator to authorize Noysey. Noysey uses the authorized YouTube access only to identify the creator's selected channel; create, configure, bind, start, monitor, and stop livestreams the creator explicitly requests; and support related YouTube live-chat features shown inside the creator's live room. Noysey does not use Google or YouTube user data for advertising, credit decisions, or unrelated profiling.
Noysey stores the connected channel ID and name, the permissions Google granted, encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens, token expiration metadata, and identifiers and status for broadcasts created through Noysey. Tokens are sent only to Google APIs to perform the creator's requested YouTube actions. Noysey does not sell Google user data or transfer it to advertising platforms or data brokers.
Access is limited to Noysey systems and service providers needed to securely operate the connection. Connected-channel records and tokens are retained while the connection remains active and for only as long as needed to complete deletion, security, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations. A creator can disconnect YouTube in Noysey's Live connections settings, request deletion using the instructions below, or revoke Noysey in Google Account connections.
Noysey's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How We Use Information
- To operate accounts, calls, messages, games, live rooms, notifications, and streaming destinations.
- To show comments, gifts, call history, game state, and room activity to authorized users.
- To improve performance, reliability, safety, abuse prevention, and creator tools.
- To comply with legal, security, platform-review, and app-store requirements.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run Noysey, including infrastructure, authentication, push notification, live media, analytics, and connected social-platform providers. We do not sell personal information.
How We Protect Your Data
Noysey protects Google and YouTube user data and other sensitive connection information with encryption and access controls. Connections between the app and Noysey's production service, and between Noysey and Google APIs, use HTTPS/TLS to protect data in transit. OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, and saved stream keys are encrypted before storage using AES-256-GCM. The encryption secret is held in server-side configuration and is not included in the browser or mobile app.
Authenticated users can manage only their own connected destinations. Server-side authorization checks restrict access to account records and streaming actions. Provider tokens are used server-side for the user's requested actions; full saved tokens and stream keys are not returned in connection summaries. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized operators and service components needed to run and support Noysey.
Users can disconnect a destination or revoke access with the provider. Noysey uses participant-specific camera, microphone, and screen/game permissions for broadcast output; withdrawing an active permission requests a stop of the broadcast. These safeguards reduce the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Data Deletion
Users can disconnect a connected YouTube account from Noysey's Live connections settings. Users can also request account or data deletion by emailing support@noysey.app. Platform reviewers can use the instructions at noysey.app/data-deletion.html.
Age and family accounts
Noysey accounts are for people aged 13 or older. During signup, you select an age group. We keep the eligible age group and the date of your self-declaration; we do not request your exact birthday. A Family subscription does not create an exception for children under 13. Existing accounts without a declaration are not treated as age-verified.
Contact
Questions, platform partnership messages, and API review messages can be sent to support@noysey.app.
This policy will be updated as Noysey adds approved OAuth, comment, gift, posting, and livestream integrations.
Launch waitlist
If you join our launch list, we store your email address, signup time, signup source (website or livestream), and your consent to launch and early-access updates. The list is private to the Noysey owner. Request removal anytime at support@noysey.app. Joining the list does not create an account.
