Terms Of Service
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These terms govern use of Noysey, a social calling, messaging, game, and creator livestreaming app.
Use Of Noysey
Noysey accounts require users to be at least 13 years old. Family plan members each need an eligible account. Accounts for children under 13 are not available.
Users are responsible for their account activity, calls, messages, games, livestreams, comments, and connected-platform activity. Users must follow all applicable laws, app-store rules, and third-party platform terms.
Live Calls And Streams
Users must have permission to share the people, audio, video, gameplay, music, images, and other content they stream or post. Hosts are responsible for starting and stopping livestreams and for choosing the destinations where a room is streamed.
Connected Platforms
When a user connects a third-party platform, they authorize Noysey to use that connection for selected creator tools such as live stream routing, comments, gifts, replies, scheduling, or posting. Those features may require separate approval by each platform.
Use of YouTube through Noysey is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's applicable API policies. Users can disconnect YouTube from Noysey or revoke access through their Google Account at any time.
Safety
Noysey may limit or remove access for abuse, fraud, harassment, illegal content, platform violations, or actions that harm the service or other users.
Changes
Noysey may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after updates means the user accepts the updated terms.
